Business Organization & Growth Support

Likantz is a young company specializing in digital ad campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for e-commerce businesses. With a lean team, the company faced a dual challenge: growing its client base while staying operationally efficient.

Supporting the internal structuring of an e-commerce company to reinforce both commercial development and operational scalability.

The lack of internal structure was slowing down commercial efforts and increasing the operational burden on the founder. The objective was to design a clear, actionable and sustainable organization to support growth without disrupting day-to-day operations.

Key Objectives

To support Likantz’s development, the mission focused on streamlining the company’s internal and commercial organization while simplifying day-to-day management through practical, easy-to-use tools adapted to its constraints.

Specifically, the mission aimed to:

  • Structure a clear and actionable commercial process

  • Optimize task organization and client follow-up

  • Introduce practical and accessible tools to boost efficiency

  • Establish a solid operational foundation to support future scaling

Project Approach

The methodology was structured into four key phases: Observation, Diagnosis, Solution Design, and Implementation Support.
Each step was designed to address actual business challenges, simplify operations without interrupting what was already in place, and deploy immediately usable tools for everyday needs.

A field-based realistic approach, designed to drive impact without adding complexity.

Solutions Delivered

The absence of formal structure in day-to-day operations and client management made it difficult to prioritize tasks and created friction in workload management. To address this, targeted levers were activated with one clear goal: providing a simple, structured framework for growth

Key areas of intervention included :

  • Internal process audit and identification of operational pain points

  • Customer journey mapping and simplified pipeline structure

  • Weekly planning model focused on task prioritization and workload visibility

  • Selection and integration of lightweight, high-utility collaboration tools

  • Design of actionable deliverables to support rollout and encourage tool adoption

Results

The mission provided a clearer and more efficient work framework, aligned with the company’s real operational capacity.

  • Greater visibility across the sales and client follow-up process

  • Reduced mental load on the founder

  • Fewer dropped tasks or missed opportunities

  • Fast adoption of recommended tools

  • Structured foundation for long-term organizational growth

"Working with Mylaine was a real turning point for our company. She came in with her hyper-clear vision, effective methods, and above all a real ability to understand our challenges. Together, we were able to lay the right foundations, structure our business and make decisions much more in line with our vision.

She doesn't just give theoretical advice: she challenges with accuracy and guides with efficiency. A rare blend of benevolence, concrete strategy and efficiency, as evidenced by the quality and usefulness of her deliverables.

Thanks again Mylaine."

Change Management & Adjustments

As the mission evolved, several adjustments were made to align with day-to-day realities and the operational pace, ensuring the structuring process didn’t add unnecessary complexity.

Challenges encountered :

  • Initial resistance to tool adoption (due to perceived complexity or mismatch with current habits)

  • Difficulty maintaining a consistent implementation pace

  • Misalignment between expected vs. actual usage of tools

Solutions applied:

  • Simplification of tools and interface logic

  • Adaptation of the implementation roadmap to match workload constraints

  • Increased client support and guidance to encourage gradual adoption
